The first thing to don as you wake up or get dressed in the morning is a smile 🙂

When we smile our faces widens and relaxes. The muscles of our face regulate the flow of blood to our brains. Smiling allows blood to flow freely to our brains, where all the cells receive an increased supply of nutrients, enabling them to function efficiently. Brain power is improved by the extra oxygen and we look and feel younger. Laughing and smiling activate the production of endorphins, our bodies’ natural painkillers.
By deliberately putting a smile on your face you can immediately boost your mood. It’s fast, it’s free, it’s easy and it’s contagious!
