    Quick UTI Relief

    Quick UTI Relief

At the first sign of a Urinary Tract Infection I immediately put approx’ 1/2 teaspoon of Bicarb Soda in a glass of water and sip slowly. I have used this for myself and on several occasions for my daughters with great success, so well worth giving it a try.

How Do You Know if I Have a UTI / Cystitis?

In addition to a general unwell feeling, you will likely experience a number of common symptoms including a strong urge to urinate, a burning sensation when urinating, passing frequent but small amounts of urine. These sensations should be much more relieved after the first glass of water with Bicarb. If it escalates you may experience blood in the urine, passing cloudy or strong-smelling urine, discomfort in your pelvic region, pressure in your lower abdomen, and a low-grade fever. If this is the case, then I suggest you contact your health care provider.
