EFT … A miraculous healing modality sweeping the world!
Everyday, I get more and more excited about the results and possibilities of EFT – EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE, also known as ‘TAPPING’.
I have been practicing this amazing, simple, yet remarkably effective modality named EFT for over 10 years.
When I was first introduced to EFT my healthy skeptisism was alive and well. It seemed far too simple to be of any real long term value but now I think it is nothing short of miraculous, and I highly recommend and encourage you to find out more.
When I first started exploring with EFT I had a direct experience during a very stressful situation, I was able to excuse myself for a moment and quietly do some tapping in the only place I could find that was private – a public loo in the city! I promise it was the EFT that gave me that relaxed, relieved look when I came out :). Anywhere, anytime – EFT can come to the rescue.
EFT was founded by Gary Craig in the mid 1990’s and has advanced and spread since then. Based on impressive new discoveries regarding the body’s subtle energies and Ancient Chinese Medicine, EFT has been reported successful in thousands of cases. It applies to a wide variety of emotional, health and performance issues and it often works where nothing else will. Some call it “Emotional Acupressure.” Other people have named it “Energy Psychology” Whatever you call it, one fact stands out … IT WORKS!!!
Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture, except needles aren’t necessary. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. It is a safe, gentle, non-invasive technique that can be used along with any medical treatment or other self-help method. Numerous case reports by therapists who have used EFT with clients, and by individuals who have applied it to their own lives, have been published over a period of years. These accounts indicate that many people who try EFT benefit from it, often in an impressive way. EFT has proven successful in treating many clinical cases. It can be used to alleviate or relieve many psychological and psychosomatic physical disorders and problems, such as depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, unnatural fears, eating disorders and many more.
I have personally witnessed complete eradication of phobias, pain and emotional trauma in some people in only a few minutes using EFT.
Unresolved emotional issues are the main cause of illnesses. EFT helps resolve these. Usually, when a negative experience occurs, we feel negative emotions. According to EFT, these disrupt our body’s energy system. To remove the negativity, the energy imbalance must be restored along with curing the negative emotions. This can be done through EFT.
The basic technique of EFT involves tapping specific points on the body using the fingers. The process is easy to memorise and is portable so you can do it anywhere. Negative emotions are caused by disturbances in the body’s energy field and tapping on the meridians while thinking of a negative emotion alters the body’s energy field, restoring the balance and health.
If you have difficulty with self-sabotage, like most of us, EFT is a great way to start noticing what thoughts and fears are tripping you up.
I encourage you to explore the following resources:

I will be delighted to work with you myself. Each individual has their own style of working with EFT. I use EFT alone, often combined with my Intuitive abilities and/or Hypnosis. As with all of my sessions, your session will be unique to your individual needs.
Why Use EFT with Hypnotherapy?
EFT integrates beautifully with hypnotherapy because it allows us to take the process even deeper and starts working on core issues right away. It is a gentle therapy with permanent results.
Enjoy exploring EFT and the possibilities for you. Please let me know how you go, I welcome your feedback.
Happy tapping! Rayeleen 🙂
